Complete a Form

After completing an inquiry form at the bottom of the page for the service that you are requesting. One of our expert coordinators will contact you to schedule an interview.  

The Interview

During the interview, you will learn more about our program and services.  If you find that icaptivate learning is the educational program for your student, then you may apply to one of our services (Coursework, Tutoring, and/or Test Prep).  

The Application

You will submit your student's application, a Transcript (if taking one of our coursework programs), 1 Letter of Recommendation, and a one-time fee for 1 or more students within the same family unit. 

Enrollment 

After the initial interview and application submission, you will receive an invitation to join our online gateway in order to create your account with iCaptivate Learning.
